Pure Lure GRAND SLAM Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering the Pure Lure GRAND SLAM Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pure Lure, affiliated partners, sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins at 12:01 AM (EST) on Saturday, July 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

3. How to Enter:
Spend $100 or more in a single transaction at Pure Lure (either online at purelurefishing.com or in-store at 12808 Harbor Road, Ocean City, MD 21842) during the entry period. To qualify, you must provide your full name, valid email address, and phone number at checkout.

4. Prize Package (Total Value: $5,000):

5. Winner Selection and Announcement:
One winner will be selected at random and announced live at the White Marlin Open Scales on Friday, August 8, 2025. The winner does not need to be present to win and will be contacted via the information provided at entry. 

Winner must accept prize within 7 days of announcement or another winner will be picked at random.

6. Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Hotel stay is subject to availability and blackout dates.

7. Charitable Giving:
Pure Lure will donate 5% of all sales during the entry period to a charitable organization (TBA).

8. General Conditions:
Pure Lure reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any issue arises that compromises its fairness or integrity. By entering, participants release Pure Lure, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and all associated partners from any liability.

9. Meta Disclosure:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).

10. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Pure Lure’s Privacy Policy.
