Pure Lure White Marlin Open Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The Pure Lure White Marlin Open Sweepstakes is administered by Pure Lure Reel Fishing Gear ("Sponsor"), located at:

12808 Harbor Rd Ocean City, Maryland 21842

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on [August 1, 2026] and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 7, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and immediate family members of Pure Lure are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

• Subscribe to Pure Lure's email marketing list.

• Subscribe to Pure Lure's SMS marketing list.

Once both subscriptions are completed, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

During the Promotion Period, entrants will also receive:

One (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases made at purelurefishing.com and from the Pure Lure Brand House Retail Store.

If you shop through both channels, you must use the same customer information at checkout.

Example:

• Email + SMS signup = 1 entry

• $100 purchase = 100 bonus entries

• Total = 101 entries

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries that may be earned through qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Pure Lure Fishing's email and/or SMS marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. However, if an entrant unsubscribes from either the email or SMS marketing program before the winner is selected, their Sweepstakes entry will no longer be eligible and will be removed from the drawing.

5. Qualifying Purchases

Qualifying purchases include merchandise purchased directly from purelurefishing.com and the Pure Lure Brand House Retail Store during the Promotion Period.

The following do not count toward bonus entries:

• Taxes

• Shipping charges

• Redeeming Gift Card credits for purchases

• Returned merchandise

• Cancelled orders

• Fraudulent transactions

If an order is returned or refunded before the winner is selected, any associated bonus entries will be removed.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of ONE of the following prizes:

Option A

Sponsor will pay the winner's personal entry fee for the 2027 White Marlin Open, up to the published tournament entry fee at the time of registration. This does not include calcutta entries. 

OR

Option B

A $1,500 Pure Lure Fishing gift card redeemable at purelurefishing.com and the Pure Lure Brand House Retail Store.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $1,500.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 9th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the phone number associated with the entrant's SMS subscription.

Sponsor may also attempt notification by email.

If the potential winner:

• cannot be reached,

• fails to respond within 72 hours,

• is found to be ineligible,

• or declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, hometown, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (Pure Lure Fishing) and its respective officers, employees, affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By subscribing, entrants agree to receive recurring marketing emails and text messages from Pure Lure Fishing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing merchandise. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, eligibility for the Sweepstakes may be affected if required subscriptions are canceled before the winner is selected.

13. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

14. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law principles.
